A visitor to www.BonusRight.com not purchasing services is not required to reveal any individually identifiable information such as name, address or telephone number.
You may use the Site, hosted application and software services, to process your data about your employees, contractors and agents. Your personal data that PayDesign may maintain on your behalf includes, but is not limited to, names, contact information, compensation or bonus information. PayDesign does not own or control any of the information it processes, however, you do provide the right for PayDesign to query your information stored on the Site for analytics related to bonus programs and trends. Such information is owned and controlled by you, and PayDesign receives such information merely as a processor on the customer’s behalf and will not sell or release your specific information but you hereby give PayDesign the non-revocable license to save and use your information for analytical purposes and the results thereof for marketing and research disclosures so long as your identity and identifying information is kept confidential. Any use of your name in conjunction with your analytics will require your consent. We use such data only as authorized in our subscription agreements with you and in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your logins.
PayDesign posts customer testimonials on the Site which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer’s name. PayDesign obtains the customer’s consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. If you wish to remove your personal information that is being displayed on our public Web pages please send your request to Support@BonusRight.com.
Our Site offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us at Support@BonusRight.com In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
Social Media Widgets
Our Site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button, and Widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Site. These Features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing the Widget.
If you wish to receive our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe by providing a functional unsubscribe mechanism in each email communication we send.
We may offer products or services and event or class registration for you to purchase online. To complete these online financial transactions, our Site may request personal information including contact information and credit card billing information. We may elect to use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 to store blog user preferences and information such as email address. Third parties with whom we elect to partner to provide certain features on our Site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity use LSOs such as HTML 5 to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs.
We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Log Files and Aggregate Information
PayDesign may record information that is not individually identifiable about access to the Site and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses (or the DNS name associated with it), the website from which you are visiting PayDesign and the Web software you are using. This information is used in the aggregate, without disclosure of any individually identifiable information, to administer our system and make improvements to our Site and to report to our customers and prospects on our Site performance. We reserve the right to share aggregate and anonymous information with potential partners and other third parties without restriction.
Display Advertising and Retargeting Efforts on Third-Party Websites and Applications
PayDesign may implement and use Display Advertising across third party websites and applications opted into the Google Content Network. Certain PayDesign advertisements on third party websites and applications in the Google Content Network may be retargeted using Google Analytics. Retargeting means that third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on past visits to our website.
We also partner with other third parties to either display advertising on our Site or to manage our advertising on other websites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this Site and other websites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to not have this information used for interest-based ads, you may opt-out by sending an email to Support@BonusRight.com. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads. You will continue to receive generic ads.
How Can I Opt Out of Google Analytics for Display Network or Retargeting?
If you would like to be removed or blocked from Google Analytics for Display Network or from retargeting efforts there are several options:

To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of personal information, PayDesign has adopted and maintains appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal information we process. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Data maintained by PayDesign is protected by computer security mechanisms including firewalls, encryption, monitoring software, data and network segmentation, and passwords. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number and your login information) on the Site, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If, during their employment, PayDesign employees acquire confidential or proprietary information belonging to PayDesign or its customers, such information is required to be handled in confidence and may not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties. PayDesign employees are also responsible for the internal security of such information. PayDesign provides information and training to all employees who have access to data maintained on behalf of PayDesign customers. Employees who violate PayDesign security and safe maintenance of data policies are subject to appropriate discipline including, but not limited to, termination and all available legal remedies. We will retain your information and the information we process on your behalf as a subscriber for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
